PURPOSE:
John’s wort is a perennial herb. Thanks to its composition, the oil extract of the St. John’s wort flower, St. John’s wort plant oil has an antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, sedative, analgesic and epithelizing effect.
It contributes to the calming of anxiety and helps to normalize sleep. With external use, it protects and nourishes extremely dry skin and helps with burns, wounds, inflammation and scars.
USE:
For external use: Apply directly to the skin and rub in.
For internal use: Use 3 times a day, 20-30 drops in a little water, tea or warm milk.
